Kate is professional, friendly, kind, and answers all questions with patience (for those of us with lots of questions). She does this while providing relaxing and beneficial services. This is now a cornerstone service I utilize for chronic pain and cannot recommend it enough to anyone, especially the stressed/overworked crowd.
